Ships agent was advised of crewman ill presenting symptoms fractured Humorous and minor head injuries. Oryx landed on the deck so no winching was required. Lyall and Paramedic were dispatched to investigate casualty. Casualty was able walk with assistance, however the decision was made to transport him in the Transaco stretcher as this was the safest option for him.
Oryx remained on deck for the duration of casualty transfer. Casualty and one other ships representative (translator?) returned to AFB Ysterplaat where they were handed over to the Netcare 911 ambulance.
All went according to plan, return to base was approx 08:10
